By understanding what your market is seeing, hearing and feeling, you can craft a message that will stop them DEAD in their scroll and get them to buy from you!

Sounds good?

Let's get into it...

#1. Research the audience: Gather as much information as possible about the audience. This could include demographics, interests, behaviour patterns, and pain points. Look for patterns and common themes that emerge.

Sources/Tools: Amazon Reviews (Good & Bad), Facebook Groups & Chat GPT

#2. Identify their goals and motivations: What are the audience's goals and motivations? What are they trying to achieve or avoid? Understanding these underlying drivers can help identify what the audience wants.

Consider answering these questions:

  • What are the “real” problems or challenges that your audience is trying to solve?

  • What are the values and beliefs that drive your audience's behaviour and decision-making?

  • What are the aspirations and long-term goals of your audience?

#3. Analyze their existing behaviour: Observing how the audience currently behaves can provide insights into what they want. Look for patterns in their purchases, searches, and engagement with content.

Tools: Similarweb.com

#4. Ask for feedback: Directly asking the audience for feedback can provide valuable insights into their wants and needs. Consider conducting surveys or focus groups to gather this information.
